The Brotherhood
The association that would become the Old Boys' Association begins at Aligarh as The Brotherhood, gathering former students of the Muhammadan Anglo-Oriental College founded by Sir Syed Ahmad Khan.

The Old Boys' Association is founded
On 5 March 1899 the Old Boys' Association is founded at Aligarh. Every chapter, including Jeddah, descends from this date.

The Jeddah chapter is founded
Alumni living in Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif and the surrounding area form a chapter to serve the educational, social, literary and cultural needs of the community, and to carry the vision of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan three thousand kilometres from Aligarh.

Sir Syed Day at the Indian Consulate
Sir Syed Day 2016 is held at the Indian Consulate, Jeddah, on 25 November 2016. The same year the chapter holds a seminar on bridging the gap between generations, and by this year its members have funded the first rooms of the Jeddah Hostel at Riyadh Hall, Aligarh.

A new committee is installed
On 21 June 2026 the 2026–2028 executive committee is installed, with Dr Prince Mufti Ziaul Hasan as President and Athar Rasool as General Secretary. The register passes to the next hands.
